Shipping Lucy from the US to Canada

So I've shipped L a number of times domestically within the USA and never had any issues with people receiving it or it being tampered with. I always put it inside a birthday card, which is then put inside another envelope, which is then put inside of a priority envelope - the kind with the clear window.
I've never shipped anything internationally though and I'm a little concerned with customs. Those of you who have shipped to Canada, is there anything I should be concerned about? Should I try to package it more discreetly? Its only 2 hits so its not like its some huge amount to worry about. But I mainly wanted to know if there is a possibility that customs will open such a small sized enveloped and what I can do to help minimize that possibility, or at least hide it better so that they won't find it if they do open it.
Also, I always put my return address on my envelopes because I heard that it makes it appear more suspicious if there is not a return address. Would you guys recommend putting the return address in this instance, since it is international, or would I be better off omitting it?
Gonna be sending this here in a few hours so any help is greatly appreciated!

When I have shipped things to Canada, I have had to fill out a slip disclosing what's inside and how much its worth but then again I was sending a package not a letter.

If it looks like a regular letter and is not bumpy at all, customs will not open it. Put a real return address on it that is not yours. You do not need a customs form for a international letter, you can drop them in any mailbox. Make sure you get the postage right.
If you can make it look like its not drugs, that will help. Perhaps the blotters can be part of some kind of art, like a birthday card collage where you cut up a bunch of letters from various sources, a couple blotters could easily fit into the artwork.

Good advice from Alan. There's a million ways to hide cid, use your imagination!
I would suggest possibly adding a few decoy hits also. Then if they did seize it for some reason there's a good chance they'll test a bunk hit and they won't be able to prosecute you when it comes back clean.

I know this is a few days old but if it was only 2 hits why not put it behind the stamp or even in the of the envelope that seals? I know people in jail that got Suboxone strips in that way.

Yeah I've already mailed them, but I appreciate the suggestion. After reading some of the other responses in this thread I decided to take a little more precautions and ended up doing something kinda similar to what you described.
I bought a cheap package of kids stickers and stuck them all inside of the card. I carefully pulled back one of the stickers partially, just enough for me to slide the two hits (wrapped in paper of course) underneath the sticker. Then I carefully pressed it back against the adhesive that it was stuck to, so it just looked like another plain sticker. I don't think anyone would ever notice this unless they knew it was already there, but even then they'd have a hard time figuring out WHICH sticker I stuck them under. You literally can't tell at all.
But yeah I appreciate everyone's help and suggestions. Hopefully my friend should be getting my letter any day now!

Personally, I wouldn't risk Customs for 2 hits.

Dont you have to provide a photo ID when you sign up for a PO Box? So technically they'd have important info on file.

Meh, I'm honestly not too worried with the way that I packaged them.
And to my knowledge my friend has not gotten the letter yet. We have both been busy the past few days though and not had a chance to talk so maybe he will surprise me with some good news today. I am hoping he has gotten them already - if not I'm going to be a little concerned since this past week was the projected arrival time, according to the post office.

Nope still hasn't gotten it. I did some research and found out that Canada customs are notoriously slow though so I'm still trying to remain optimistic. I'm not really concerned about customs finding the Lucy as I hid that pretty damn good. I'm more concerned about it simply getting lost in the mail since once over the border, US priority mail is treated the same as first class mail. I will make sure to update if and when he gets it.

Just posting in here again to vent I guess. It has been 14 business days now, and that isn't even including Saturdays, and it still hasn't arrived there, that I know of. Did some more research and I'm finding a bunch of other forums/websites that say it could take as long as 30 days?!!?! This is just ridiculous.

That's crazy. My friend got his package about 12 days after I sent it.

12 business days or just 12 days period? I did send it right before Labor Day which might have had something to do with it, but I didn't think the mail got THAT damn busy for that particular holiday. But I do know that it does tend to get slow around this time of year anyway so.
