I been drinking the past four weeks straight, mostly beer with a little bit of liquor, only taking a few day breaks here and there when the hang over sickness got too bad, if I stop drinking for a week will that be long enough for my liver to heal? Or how long should I wait? I really been drinking too much.

What if you just stop drinking like an idiot, seriously.

No offence, but really you should stop way more than just a week. I mean, drink. But just drink... sometimes.

How much are you really even drinking every day? 5, 10 , 20 drinks per day, spill the beans dude, then we can access your issue.

I am sure you are fine, how many years have you been doing this? How much do you weight?
Everyone is different, I have a friend that has been drinking for over 30 plus years, and now he drinks 10-15 beers per day, so far he was been lucky.
From what I heard, drinking everyday never lets your liver recover, try to drink just 2-3 days per week.

I wiegh 190 pounds, six foot tall. I been drinking on and off for about seven years. Started off with a bottle a whiskey once a week, then two bottles a week on weekends.

Milk thistle is supposed to protect the liver and may help it heal. You'll also want to work on why it is you are trying to hurt yourself with alcohol.
