Help! 3 months since i tripped and still intense anxiety

Hello,
So basically 3 months ago i took acid 2 times. I did the first one and everything was fine, no feeling as it was fake acid. wasn't bitter, and very clean acid feeling. I got sick for 2 weeks after, and when i fully recovered I decided to trip again. I took the same acid, same amount (mabye a little bit more) and had the worst trip of my life. I felt like my heart was beating insanely fast and thats what i was focusing on throughout the whole trip. It was a really annoying tightness type feeling on the left side of my chest. The next day I felt fine, except I keep focusing on my heart whenever I smoke and started having panic attacks. 4 weeks later, I had an insane panic attack on weed, I felt like i was having a heart attack. I had an addrenaline rush and a really weird pain in my heart. It stopped after a minute though, but my heart was beating pretty fast. I quit weed since then. Now its 3 months since i tripped, and i still feel heart pains, etc. everyday. I'm on prozac for my panic attacks and im seeing a therapist today (i don't know if there going to be able to help me with this though). I also noticed at night, if i look at something for around 30 seconds i start seeing it move in the same way when i was tripping, this only happens at night for some odd reason though. I have been to the doctor, had every possible test on my heart, and every possible test on my blood. nothings wrong with me physically. but this is very annoying and i really want it to go away.
I appreciate any help or comments
thanks, robert

i've done shrooms, no negative effects on me at all. Therefor, I have to agree with you. I did acid because it was the only thing available at the time, and i haven't tripped in a while.

understandable man. heres the thing, the only person that can help you right now is YOU. you know that you are healthy.now just find ways to keep your mind off your "ailments" I suggest exercise and more exercise. running is great for clearing a hectic mind. eat healthy foods also.

and just dont take fucking acid again,at least for several years. it will more than likely intensify your negative feelings and anxiety that you are currently feeling.

Ok, I had a very similar experience with my first acid trip. It was a very traumatic experience that left me feeling "disturbed" for about a week. Eventually I did get over it.
It sounds to me that you may have a preexisting condition that the LSD may have worsened. Have you been struggling with anxiety for a while?
I'm not a doctor but I'd like to suggest daily meditations, aerobic exercise and time with friends.

Can't make heads or tails of this. So you ate fake acid, does this mean RC or bunk blotter? Then you say you maybe ate a little more. What medium was the acid dropped into? Blotter, sweet tart, liquid thumbprint? Have you done acid before these two instances? If it was fake as in bunk then acid has nothing to do with it.

I appreciate the responses, i believe that too, just kind of hard to stop thinking about it, hopefully therapy helps. I do believe that it just triggered something i already had because i had anxiety before the trip but not this crazy. I was rushed to the hospital once because i thought my throat was closing, but it was just a panic attack.

no it wasn't fake, i could vouch for it, it wasn't bitter. tabs were very small. I havent done acid before these two occasions but have done a lot of research on rc's and lsd, and i can definitely tell it wasn't fake.

I might think that some good and normal therapy could help you very much. But Dr.Rikuni would also say that you enjoy nature for a few days if you can Should help you to Chill out a bit.
thanks, will definitely try that. appreciate the response.

I had chest pains that really scared the shit out of me. When I was stoned I start to panic. Then I'd forget about it until the next time. After I wile I was always stressed out about it. I couldn't sleep at night. I had attacks that made me sweat like crazy, i had a couple dizzy spells which were absolute hell. Finally I went to the doctor, got a full checkup. My heart is fine. I told the doctor I was smoking huge amounts of pot. He told me to stop immediately and suggested a vaporizer if I insisted on continuing with pot. I got the Vapor bros. What an improvement.. all chest pains went away, all panic attacks ended.
I realized that I was always carrying around this little pain in my chest, in the middle towards the back. I got used to it a long time ago. When I stopped smoking it went away.

Sounds to me like classic symptoms of anxiety attacks...happened to me on weed every time I smoked too much 30 yrs. ago. I stopped smoking and it stopped.Have not had one since. Were you smoking during your trips? Universe talked about a vaporizer....that may help if you wish to continue. IDK The logic approach is to identify the things that you did differently that may be the cause. I have tripped many times and not had these issues. Since your dr. gave the heart a clean bill....that should set your mind at ease....just remind yourself of that if the symptoms begin again....that may snuff them right then and there. M

that is an irresponsible advice my friend
WTF? You're the one giving "an irresponsible advice" here. It's pretty damn irresponsible to advise someone who has had panic attacks for weeks from acid to take acid again.

It will go away man. I took acid for the first time a little over a year ago and felt noticeably off for about 4 days. Then would wake up some mornings and feel pretty anxious about... nothing! I did it again 2 weeks ago and had a lovely trip. I know that feeling you're talking about, trust me, it goes away. I know it seems impossible to do, but you have to start accepting everything you are experiencing. Once you stop resisting, everything gets better.
