Here is a couple trays that I started they are coir/vern substrate RH is about 93% I do about 4 to 5 FEA every day. They started pinning about three days and the viels are starting to break on a lot of them sorry pictures aren't the best. This is my first time with bulk so advice would help a lot cause I can't figure out why the fruits are so small. Looks so wet cause I just misted them before the picture

It's hard to tell anything from the pic. By any chance is this supposed to be penis envy variety? Or Mazatapec? Interesting FC design.
Except for maybe small genetics everything seems to look pretty much text-book. Congratulations.

You probably weren't getting enough fae. The top tub of your dubtub needs a couple 1.5 inch holes stuffed very loosely with polyfill for proper fae

They are GT not sure what catagory they are in. That's what I kinda thought was small genetics cause I did it from a multi spore but never seen such small fruits before. I tried to kinda replicate a monotube lay out but not as big

I don't know about you but I think those made up their height in fatness. Those like look like weighty motherfuckers so I wouldn't be too worried about the height? But I would definitely start working with those genetics you got and figure out how to get them to extend that fatness and even it into just a massive motha fucka. Just my thoughts on it

I am pretty sure it is because you didn't have upper holes on that tub. They will grow towards fresh air. Your air is supposed to be coming in the top and out the bottom. You stuff the lower holes tight and the upper holes loose (or not at all)

Check this out http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17332777#17332777
It is for monotubs but the same principles apply for a dubtub

Unless you have a really thick sub smaller tubs will usually produce small fruits

Not true at all.
Fruit size is dependant on genetics and available moisture, not substrate depth.
Thinner substrates may require some misting.

How small, like the size in OP?

I have done side by side comparisons with the same isolate of the same strain, same conditions. The only thing different was the size of tub. I always mist several times per day. The smaller one produced WAY smaller fruits than the large tub. Every single thing was exactly the same except for the tub size.
So I am going to have to disagree and say that yes, a smaller tub will usually produce smaller fruits
