environmental stress

hey guys
so out of nowhere there is a Sept. heat wave.  temps in my apt reaching 90.  I have 2 mini casings, both with humidity maintaining at 90%.  Should I worry about this?  I have no AC..I was wondering...should I just let them be and monitor them or put them in fridge?  I just introduced them to fruiting, and fan them once an hour, humidity still stays at 90.  I have done ice cubes around perlite a few times (they are in an sgfc), but if I am at work for 8 hours....the ice melts within an hour.
1.  Is this 90% bad news?
2.  Should I put them in fridge till that wave over?
3.  Is altering the temp with ice cubes every now and then good...is the temp fluctuation gone confuse the myc?

1. No

2. No

3. A fluctuation is nice, but this happens at night regardless....

If you are fruiting cubes do not stress it that much, they are a tropical species....
