Plastic surgery.
Kidding. You were created. Learn to accept yourself you are a unique human being.
To be blatantly honest, your 'appearance' may not be so bad...watch this..

I have a similiar thing, none of the muscles on the right side of my face are as strong as the other.
Asides from my one eyelid being more closed at rest, like yours, its only really noticeable in facial expressions.
I kind of chalked it up to some sort of mini stroke due to all the drugs, smoking, and drinking.

Heavy drug use will change your appearance quite quickly I've found. My jaw juts out to one side a little bit now after doing so much MDMA and coke. It gives me a little bit of a crooked smile but I think it just adds character. There's nothing wrong with having unique things about you.
One of my eyelids can also get droopy like you say, but I find that it doesn't when I get a proper amount of sleep.
Try to get healthier and get proper sleep and see if you notice any change in your eye muscles or eyelids. In the mean time, realize that nobody is perfect and nobody has a completely symmetrical face. We tend to notice and get anxious about things relating to our own appearances, when in reality, other people simply just don't notice those things about us. They aren't standing there looking for your minuscule flaws as they talk to you. They're probably too busy standing there wondering about their own minuscule flaws. And if they are judging you, then they are doing it to try to feel better about being so miserable with themselves, and you shouldn't give a fuck what they think anyway.

Hah, thanks. I appreciate your post very much.
I know message board posts are largely without context but I want to convey that I honestly don't worry about it too much. I'm just very curious about the world and my meat shell is a part of that so I want to understand it as much as possible. I'm worried about my future health (worrying about the future and the resultant anxiety is one of the obstacles I'm working on overcoming).
I'm multiple times over more comfortable with my looks as compared to periods of my youth. I used to be largely insecure so I put in work (mental and physical) to transform myself into a much more healthy being. As I said, I'm in better shape than ever before and worry less about what others think of me than ever before.

Thank you for this post as well. These are certainly things I try to remind myself of but often times forget.
I've never had any periods of drug abuse (beyond cannabis at times, possibly) and wholly stick to LSD/mushrooms/cannabis without wavering. I've taken various SSRIs/SNRIs for the majority of the last two decades, however.
Honestly, I didn't expect anyone to have an answer and was primarily "thinking out loud" via text but I thought maybe someone might have some idea. I appreciate the posts.
I forgot to mention one more oddity: My facial hair grows almost twice as fast on the right side of my face. I have to constantly trim it with scissors (full beard) to keep the sides even. Odd!

Last week, I noticed that my nose is really not symmetrical at all. I assumed that maybe it was swollen from something minor I don't remember, but after a few days it looked exactly the same. Of course, I started worrying about tumors, bot fly larvae and anything else my hypochrondriacal mind could imagine. Then I looked at a pic of me from 20 years ago, and turns out my nose has always been funky. How I never noticed before is bizarre, but I do know from past experience, that once you notice these little imperfections, they can start to seem a lot more pronounced than they truly are.
