Oyster assistance please

As some of you may know, I have previously had difficulty getting some oyster culture started, despite several attempts at cloning and spores on agar. I have just taken delivery of a couple of colonised oyster bags which are basically a "just add water" kind of thing, however there are no instructions. I'm planning on taking some of this culture and putting it on agar for future grows (PCing as we speak!) and will eventually attempt to clone them also, providing I can get them to fruit.
So anyway my question is: what next? My understanding is that I just cut a couple of 'X's in the bag, mist it a couple of times a day and leave it somewhere with plenty of fresh air. Can anyone expand on this information? Would a greenhouse with ultrasonic (15mins every 3 hours) + airstone + fan (30 mins every hour, synced with ultrasonic also), keeping RH around 85% be a good environment? If so, would it be advisable to open the zips a little? I ask because the fan is internal (blowing air into a tote/tub which has water, airstone and ultrasonic, which forces humid air and mist out of two holes at the other end of the tote/tub lid) and doesn't necessarily pull a whole lot of "fresh" air in.

Yeah , no relpies? thats odd I would just use the gh with no contraptions with the doors unzipped and spray the inside (and substrates) twice daily. Oysters don't seem to mind the RH dips if the substrate moisture is good. The mycelium from your new block would clone more easily for you also, if you'd like that option.

Thanks Oeric. Should I have dunked the bags before putting into fruiting? Conditions around here are generally really, really dry at the moment so I'd be worried about RH dropping way too much if I didn't mist more. Unfortunately I can't attend to it throughout the day, due to work etc. What sort of RH and temp is best for Oysters?
Oh, and I've taken 6 small pieces of mycelium and put them on agar. Time will tell

Most oysters produce better quality fruits with temps on the cold side. I don't know the rh specs off the top of my head but you could hook up a fogger if you wanted of course

Bugger. Also experiencing a slight heatwave at the moment. Start of spring and the last couple of days have been 32 degrees (c)

probably no replies because most of this has been covered in past topics. a quick search turns up many ideas.
Oysters DO mind RH dips, they are some of the most effected to RH drops that we grow/ (H.e. P.e L.e. A.a. F.v ECT) But 85% is high enough to produce a nice oyster. Your air exchange is probably going to be the biggest thing to worry about.
