Help ID please. Panaelous Subbalteatus?

Habitat: New sod in neighbors yard

Gills: black/brown

Stem: tan

Cap: tan/yellow

Spore print color: black

Bruising: black/dark red

Location: South East Coast region of the USA.

I'd say it's looks more like a Psathyrella than a Panaeolus.
