You too!
And yeah, I agree with your sentiments towards male behaviour at a lot of events. I used to go to about 2 raves a week in the 90s, and I'm not even gonna tell you about some of the shit I've seen or heard of. Ugh.

You liked Audioslave?
I can't think of too many stand out horrible shows. MGMT shortly after Kids got popular at Lollapalooza was pretty bad. I was coming up on a light acid trip, the sun was fucking unbearable, MGMT kinda sucks and to make matters worse they were fucking garbage live and the sound was really fucked up. My friend insisted on staying for the whole set though so I couldn't just go stand in the shade for refuge.
Animal Collective a year or two later at Lolla was also fucking horrible. I used to love them, then at the time I started getting on the fence about them, and that show was enough. God damn it was bad Even my roommate, who is a pretty big AC fan, agreed that they were awful.
I saw Small Black in Columbus, they were pretty bad, but we were only there because we wanted to see the opener.
I guess WORST show was last summer I wanted to see Tyvek play this joint in Columbus that I used to go to a lot. So I show up and they're all like "Uhh, no, no show here tonight", which has happened a couple times at that place. Then the bartender sees me and says it's at a different venue in downtown. So I go to that venue, and Tyvek wasn't even joining the band that was playing on tour until they got to New York City a couple weeks later. Like, what the fuck? Why in the world was Tyvek ever even billed then? So I went across the street and got wasted.

I saw The Police for their reunion tour. My wife and I went to the first show of the tour since it was in our town. 120$ a ticket.
Absolutely terrible... Sounded like a bad police cover band and all the songs were played at half speed.

Yeah man, I liked them so much that I forgot their name! Nah, they were "pretty good" in comparison to shit acts like "Queens of the Stoned Age" and a bunch of other bands I can't remember anything about besides hating them. "The Donnas" were pretty good by comparison too, but they might suck; I don't know much about rock music.

I knew a promoter who got me into shows for free, but they were big label bands that usually sucked really bad imo. I had also never seen a rap show before and figured Lil Wayne would be the pinnacle of that whole thing.
It was serious the gayest show I've been to, and I've seen a couple famous boy band sets and a few Christian alt rock bands that were pretty difficult to beat for that title. I left with the distinct impression that what I'd seen was neither music nor entertainment. Even the trailer trash wannabe mudsharks in front me looked bored and disappointed.

I saw The Donnas play at a Billy Idol headliner (lol) and was pretty impressed, didn't buy an album or anything but they were better than I expected a group of semi attractive chicks to be. The rest of your opinions on rock are garbage though, but you already seem to know that.

Haha, yeah. No joke, my rock music knowledge stops somewhere around 1995. At least I don't pretend to know.

As for my worst concert experience:
My friend told me about some free hip-hop festival that was going on like a half hour away. Ok whatever it could be cool I thought. It turns out it's indoors just inside of some like auditorium at some college. Whatever, it could provide decent entertainment.
We drink a little vodka and smoke a little weed in his car and then go in to the show. I stood there for like 3 hours just waiting for it to end because I didn't find any of these hippity-hoppers the least bit entertaining. I was pretty tired, and irritable because I was all half-baked and shit.
Definatly nothing too bad but whatever it was sucky.
Oh yeah then there's last year at gathering of the vibes where someone sold me 25i as acid and I had taken some real acid too so I spent the day having a bad trip thinking about how I was doing terrible damage to my body and felt lie I had the flu and was getting tons of muscle spasms and electric shocks and feeling like I had brain damage.

I won free tickets to Sleigh Bells, it was ok because it was free and nice ppl there but ya... musically ...ay yeye
Then there are the dubstep shows I went to with my friends for some special occasions which in the past year or so all sound exactly the same and leave me with a headache and muffled hearing the next day.
Got free tickets to Dave Matthews cover band last month, that one also makes the list.

Since pretty much all rock music sounds the same to me, I based those judgments solely on stage presence. Queens were boring as fuck to watch, while audioslave was somewhat exciting. Also, I was much more drugged when they played. I dunno man, I fail at rock music. My friends laugh at my inability to differentiate led zeppelin from the grateful dead.

Exactly! One of my worst edm experiences was also one of my best, at the Love Parade in Berlin. It's hard to describe. But it looks like we've all had some shitty times at events.
