I actually think we're witnessing a reversal of the paranoia that has gripped this country for the past decade. The American public has never so strongly and vocally disapproved of a potential war as it has of striking Syria. I had hoped it would happen quickly after the death of Osama bin Laden, but I guess reversing twelve years of FUBAR policy doesn't happen overnight.
