ID request of mushroom in Michigan woods!

The first ones were everywhere dominating the woods this last weekend in Michigan. The first 4 mushrooms were all found in a sandy mixed hardwood/conifer forest in Michigan. The last beautiful photo was from a big maple tree on the edge of a cemetery.
All my guides are packed away. Any sound leads would be appreciated
#1
These were everywhere at the base of trees.

#2
I looked these up at one point, but forgot the name.

#3
These are a Laetiporus, but not chicken of the woods (too pink on top)
These were very scattered, tall stately mushrooms.

#5
This mass was found on a maple on the edge of a cemetery. I thought it was a Laetiporus, but it is toothed and more fiberous and lacks color anywhere. I thought this was very interesting.

#1 Armillaria #2 Possibly Trametes, but I'm not sure #3 Laetiporus (it is just an old Chicken of the Woods) #4 Macrolepiota #5 Not sure.

Someone else posted up a pic of #5 just a coupla days ago. I cannot for the life of me remember the name or find it in my threads.
-------------------- "Shrub, 30-90 cm. Leaves 2.5-) 4-9 cm, sessile or amplexicaul, broadly ovate to ovate-oblong, obtuse or rounded to subapiculate or subacute, when crushed not smelling of goats." "The initial quake was a 6.6 but fairly shallow. I felt it as a prolonged up and down vibration followed by a jolt forward and then to the left, like square dancing."

Good work taking the kids out hunting!
Someone needs to teach them.

Much thanks to you and mountainplayer for the IDs!
Looks like I could've cooked a feast as there was probably a truckload of honey mushrooms. Also, the Macroleiota is listed as a good edible and had a wonderful smell and no worms or bugs, although I would like to nail the species down before tasting. I have never seen a Chicken of the woods that was so pale pink on top while yellow on the bottom; I wonder if it is another Leatiporus.
I will look to see if the Trichaptum or Climacodon septentrionalis are being studied for medicine.
