how to identify growbag damage

my growbag was exposed to potential animal attacks. is there a way to see if it has been punctured?

Yeah, you can take a look at it very carefully to check for punctures.

Then watch for molds :thumbup:

Well can you see any? What animal damage? Dangerous psyco squirrels were causing havoc in our neighborhood a while back.

i ran a visual check. with my 20/12 vision i see a tiny scratch that may or may not have punctured. looks like in such a perfect place to find one the worst part is that I think my finding the scratch would increase the likelyhood of contams because of its location.

How far is the colonization of the sub in those bags? The more established the myc the less chance you will have contam issues to deal with

Put a drop of food colouring over the scratch and wait to see if its absorbed? But even if it is punctured, I imagine you'll want to carry on and hope for the best anyways, so maybe just wipe it gently with an alcohol wipe and then slap some tape on it?
