Anyone use SupplementWarehouse?

I think I got fucked. I ordered some stuff from them while looking at prices through google. They had a 5 star rating with 3K+ reviews. My order has been "in processing" for over a week now. Hasn't been shipped. Now I've read some of the reviews and I see reports of orders taking over a month and stolen information/fraudulent charges.
I'm thinking maybe they used to be legit but when bad or something.

Can't say I've ever used them, and I'm not sure I've ever heard of them.
A quick google search shows two companies with similar names "supplementwarehouse" and "supplementwarehouseonline" I assume you went with the former.
Some people may not realize this, but people use www.safeorscam.comĀ ; for supplement and ethnobotanical websites, not just research chemical vendors. Of course, if they're smaller, less-known companies they might not appear in the database-- but that's always the case with SoS.
It does seem like SoS has a page for supplement warehouse (not SWonline). Only 1 rating / 1 comment, dating back to 2011. Standing rating is a 10. Comment is:
Quote:
One of the many supplement websites I use for my nutrition. I have used them several times, but my last time was for some items for my PCT. Everything came in perfectly packaged and their prices are actually pretty decent compared to some of the other big names out there in the industry
One rating /comment isn't always a guarantee, or even necessarily a great sign, as it could represent shilling. However, the member posting this review has 344 "points"... which basically means he's been around for a while and reviewed / commented on lots of sites, meaning his word should, theoretically, be more trustworthy.
I'd take a look at the reports of dissatisfied customers again. Whether or not they were resolved. The date of the reports could be relevant. (Some smaller companies go through a rough spot when they have trouble with the help, or change in management, or personal issues, etc. Some companies start off good then turn more shady over time. The reverse occasionally happens, but that's more rare...)
If you're seeing recent bad reviews on other forums, maybe try messaging the people and seeing if you can get more info, or if the issue was ever resolved. Perhaps they're waiting for your payment to clear? One week isn't always a long time for shipping to be completed. I've had things take a week or more to ship from legit vendors. It usually irks me, and it's not great service, but it happens. Do they make any kind of claims / promise of fast shipping on their site? Even if they do, I'm not sure it's technically an "obligation" per se...
You can also try to email the vendor and ask about the status of the order. Never underestimate the power of a polite email in a situation like this. (Being angry or a jerk will sometimes delay your order with some vendors). I'd usually just say I'm wondering if my order had been shipped, because I haven't gotten a confirmation email or a tracking number (where relevant).
Anyway, this is the reason I do a lot of homework on the vendors I use, when I'm using a company I'm not already familiar with. I've rarely had a bad experience.
Good luck.

Dude call them and ask. How are we supposed to know what happened with your order?

Thanks for the posts. A few hours after posting this I got an email that my order had been shipped. This is actually the first time I've had to wait so long for an order to be shipped from any website. I've read some more reviews and it seems like others have had the same problems as me. The bad reviews are buried under good reviews though .
It said something like "better than free shipping." It cost $8 for a product weighing 100 grams. I guess I just thought it would be a faster process.
When I was looking for a good price SW showed up as 5 stars 3K reviews. Thanks for the advice I'll dig deeper next time. https://www.google.com/shopping/product/10813891774125393969?q=phenibut&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&bav=on.2,or.&bvm=bv.51773540,d.aWc,pv.xjs.s.en_US.jkEW54nYU50.O&biw=801&bih=454&tch=1&ech=1&psi=Cy4uUpHjF8aiyAGzxYHQBw.1378758157267.5&sa=X&ei=GC4uUru3C6jgyQGEt4GgBQ&ved=0CFAQ8gIwAA

1- As I said, this is another good reason to use SoS. If you have an account, you can also post your results after you try out a vendor, to help out others in a similar position. I have also gotten "selective scammers" and other shady types to finally send me product I'd ordered by threatening them with a 0 and a shit review on SoS.
2- If I paid $8 for some expedited shipping option, I might be pissed about a week or more also. I've ordered from a number of companies, and most places just use USPS. In which case priority (2-3 day) shipping should not cost you more than $5-$6 on top of your order. Much more and they're screwing you for the extra, IMO.
3- If you're used to much faster shipping times, you must be used to using RC vendors, or very small-time businesses. In my experience, some of the small RC vendors and much smaller ethnobotanical guys are some of the fastest shippers I've ever seen, when it comes to online ordering. Same day, next day type shipping. On the other hand, IME, bigger companies often take at least a few days to process the order. A week before it's shipped is not uncommon. I've waited two or three, for domestic orders.
4- I've heard a lot of mixed reviews, mostly bad for PrimaForce Phenibut. I've heard it seems like it's cut / or it takes more for the same effect, etc.
The stuff I use has better reviews, and I paid about $7-$10 less for the same amount of material.

They only offer FedEx. I usually just use the 2 day usps. I mostly have dealt with ethno sites without problems. I ordered some stuff from a site called 1-800-supplements and the stuff was sent out the same day. I forgot to check them. I didn't know there could be a big difference in stuff like phenibut. I guess I should think more about that kind of thing. I've tried different nootropics and never really thought I could be getting cut product from "name brands." First time trying phenibut. I was going to go for 1.5 grams twice a week.
Thanks for the advice again.
