Early Morning Catharsis
    #18817968 - 09/09/13 06:53 AM (10 years, 4 months ago)

Goodmorning gents and gentle ladies!
I'm still riding that euphoria from this weekend.
Trying to slow my roll, but this girl has been texting me a lot, and it's not helping me slow down at all

I was gonna try to play it cool and not hit her up for a week, but she seems like she wants to hang out before the weekend if possible; and honestly I'm very tempted to do so.
It was really nice having a female presence around, especially one so calming.
She's really easy going, which is a nice change of pace because the last girl I had was pretty anxious.

Anyways, talking about her on here isn't gonna help me get my mind off her either.

So what are you sexy people up to this grand morning?

I really doubt that would to make her think you're any cooler, I always find these "rules" of time contacting a girl after hanging out with her to be pretty silly. It's such a small aspect in the grand scheme of things to make yourself seem desirable.

This morning I've just been drinking coffee and smoking cigs on the blacony watching it storm, it's nice and calming. Think I'll take some amphetamines to stay awake until tonight so I can make another attempt at resetting my sleep schedule. Might as well get some cleaning done as well.

I didn't mean I was actually trying to make myself seem "cooler" than I really am (I'm already hella cool :smirk: ), I just meant that I was gonna give her space since we just spent a lot of time together and some girls would need their space after that.
I agree though, I dislike those "rules" and "games" we play in the romantic part of our lives.
That's part of why I'm happy that she straight up asked me when she could see me again, instead of biting her tongue and leaving the ball in my court, like society's gender roles imply.

No sir! We're taking it slow, and not rushing into the sex.

I think it'll be just that much better though once it does happen, because we'll have that emotional connection already established that makes some rocking sex even more awesome. :awesome:

I kind of figured you weren't exactly shooting for "cool" and I get why you'd give her space it is good not to come off as needy. But that's totally fucking awesome that even she is willing to skip that whole nonsense, it's definitely great to find a girl like that. Seems like you're both really diggin each other and it could develop into a worthwhile relationship

I've walked more than 5 miles before 10 am and now it's on to painting my back porch. Trying to make today super productive. I have a bunch of ripe tomatoes and an equal amount of unripe ones. I'm debating if I should pick the unripe ones to ripen indoors because of the possible storms. My crazy old Italian neighbor who originally gave me the tomato plant seedlings is out yelling that the storm will destroy everything but I already have SO many ripened tomatoes that I think I may just run the gambit on what's left on the plants. I doubt the storm will destroy anything, if we even get a storm.

Now it's time to stop procrastinating and get to the porch painting. I have a feeling that once I'm finished, my cat is going to go nuts and run all over it. She's done it many times to my canvas paintings so I imagine the porch may be even worse, haha. I'm just hoping that I can distract her long enough for the paint to dry.

I've been in a constant loop of staying awake to fix my sleep schedule and failing miserably, haha. I fell asleep randomly at seven p.m. and waking up right before midnight yesterday after trying to stay awake to fix my sleep schedule. I've been awake since so I suppose as long as I last past 9 or 10 p.m., I should be back on a relatively normal schedule. It'll be really welcome because I've had a weird mix between being SO awake and incredibly braindead. I'm in the blurred zone of the two right now, haha.

I can't function at all without sleep. I'm one of those people who if I loose sleep over 4 or 5 nights I walk around waiting on some dumbshit to piss me off so I have an excuse to flip out.

I hate that feeling so much.

Going to a job fair/interview thing tomorrow. My sister seems to think it's basically a lock, so that will be nice. Haven't worked in months, it will be nice to have money to go to shows and shit.

Good luck wit da lady.

it's kind of fun though, when someone does something and they are obviously in the wrong (say running a red light and almost hitting you), and you get to be like 'fuck you!' xD

Good luck, hopefully your attempt is better than mine ;P. I just caught myself yawning but I jumped outside after the last post and I'm halfway through painting the porch. I just got thirsty and decided to pop inside for a second. Today has been some professional procrastination, haha.

The porch is just a boring weatherization paint job basically. It'll be two tones of gray. I keep debating doing some kind of fun design on it though. In fact, just typing that sentence just convinced me to. I can break out my acrylic paints & brushes to add something on top of the main coat. Now to figure out what to doo. There's time for that though, considering the time it'll take for the base coat to dry out.

clara/lildemented: I get like that sometimes too but it usually has to be more than one night. I get more loopy and brain dead than I do sick or angry. It's reaaally rare that I get angry. I just don't have the energy for it when I'm sleep deprived, haha.

Good luck with the job fair, jewunit!
