The Shroom Movement

Lets come together on the shroomery and discuss ways on how to make shrooms legal. Its about time something is done. We cant let The Man control our freedom anymore especially when it comes to an item that can be spiritually, emotionally, and physically healing. The Man has buried shrooms into the dirt for to long its time to start The Shroom Movement, pick up our shovels and dig up what's rightfully ours to use. Lets all spread awareness and on November 10th 2013 peacefully protest wherever its most affective. This wont work unless we get a lot of people from all over the Americas to participate so spread the word of The Shroom Movement. Feel free to copy and paste this. Spread this link around: www.theshroommovement.blogspot.com

All psychedelics basically do the same, most are natural shamanic plants
They can all cure people
Ayahuasca,DMT,LSD,Salvia,Shrooms,Mescaline,LSA (HBWR/morning glory)
doesn't matter which you take, only how you take it (set/setting/dose)
take in nature to find oneself :-)
reconnect with nature and oneself, that they are good for, most people have forgotten themselves partially/fully (I had too)
many people get cured from Ayahuasca by going to the amazon forrest and meeting the shamans or to mexico and trip peyote iirc
LSD helped me find myself and reconnect with nature/my soul

I think a blog might be a good idea, or website
if you want to spread the word, and refer people to it
most people don't want to go on 'drug sites' :-)
make a new article once in a while on the blog, then most people will find it on google that will help against all the propaganda on psychedelics, there are a lot of misinfo
which will in turn get more people to try psychedelics, because people know how to use google today, and they're still curious when someone talks about mushrooms
as it is now they will find the gov's sites saying xxxxx people in addiction centers for mushroom addiction, or died from mushroom poisoning i.e. not very good/exact info

Something I wrote objectively:
Psychedelic drugs: LSD, Magic Mushrooms, Salvia Divinorum, DMT, Mescaline, LSA (HBWR, Morning Glory)
psychoactive plants usually, although some are synthetic used for consciousness alteration / exploration for centuries
Preparation for psychedelic trip: 18+ of age Know what set/setting/dose means Know your drug (google erowid + lsd i.e.) Turn off phone Be away from family/strangers (never trip at parents house) Be safe (inside preferably the first times) Having a Tripsitter is recommended first time Good music (psytrance is good on psychedelics, or any music you like) Avoid combining other drugs for the most pure experience, till you are familiar with them (i.e. alcohol or weed) Expect to maybe experience some fear in the trip, face the fear directly, let go, fearing death is the most common
Risks: Hurting yourself / saying something stupid (if you are not careful about set/setting/dose, don't talk to boss while tripping, or drive while tripping) Psychosis, usually temporary (if overused) unwanted spiritual experiences (if not ready/overused) change direction in life, after figuring yourself out (a possibility)
Benefits: improved life view, cure depression / cluster headaches / death anxiety/anxiety/addiction shamanic use through time to heal the soul (psychedelics are usually natural shamanic plants) often more creative they can be the start of a spiritual path, many become buddhists/hippies/religious after them
Typical users: shamans counter culture (hippies) / people interested in exploring their minds
Abuse potential: every 3-4 days or so due to tolerance with most psychedelics more than that and you have to double up dosages, not economical for most people not physically addicting, most people do them once every week, few weeks, every few months, just once and they often become boring after a number of uses / many stop due to bad trips
It might be worth mentioning that most psychedelics do the same, dissolve boundaries and show us what we are inside so we might be able to make our outside reflect our inside one day with enough processing, and be happy
Historical use: ayahuasca , shamans , rainforest salvia divinorum cubensis shamans peyote , mexico

"mio", Thanks for the advice and help. Would you mind if I used what you wrote objectively maybe add a few thing and post it elsewhere on another site perhaps. I don't have the knowledge on how to make a website so I will stick with blogs.

No, I made it in the hope someone would use it, but then he couldn't use it :-)
he only wanted the bad effects of the psychedelics, as it was for a school report lol
he was only supposed to write about the dangerous/evil effects of psychedelics

You need to get your ass up and start protesting on the street. Of course there won't be lots of people first, but you will gain momentum over time. That is how it works.

True
But we need a website to gather the protesters first and arrange protests by country + meeting location
Could be a blog...

"Lord McLovin", The Internet is a great tool to spread the word to the masses in silence. Once I have caught some peoples attention I will peacefully protest on the streets. November 9 2013 Will be the day of the peacfull protest, The Shroom Movement. Spread the word if you are for legalization of shrooms and and get as many people where you live to join The Shroom Movement. If you want to. If not its all good. I will be starting a blog on Google.

All the politicians care about is the media
if there is a protest there will be media coverage, and they will be forced to respond
I would protest if I can get people to join me :-) many people don't want them legal, because kids would start doing them
if changing legislation there should be age limit on, and penalty if underage and possession of them dunno if that is a good way... there should be age limit at least

A shroom protest will help 420 a lot too I think
it gets the whole drug war covered a lot if protesting another drug ban...
420 has been happening every year same time for many years, but nothing has happened here we only get stronger penalties each year for possession
there needs to be broader coverage, something new for the media to cover..

"Vinsue", Sorry if I offended you. I wasn't regging on 9/9 I was peacefully putting in my own opinion as I like to join the conversation of my own threads. The significance of November 9th 2013 is none really. It was just a date I picked for The Shroom Movement so when the word gets around the web everyone can peacefully protests on the same date.

While I agree something should be done to at least bring up the possibility of legalizing mushrooms, I think were still years away from it even being pondered by a politician. Here where I am everyone has their panties in a bunch over the devilish hardcore drug, Salvia. As long as theres such a push from society to illegalize a plant that doesnt fall victim to their drug laws, there wont be a push to legalize mushrooms, which do fall under their ridiculous laws.
That being said, I would absolutely show up to a legalize mushrooms rally.

The majority of us here probably think that all drugs, or at least those with a long history of use, should be legalised and available to an informed populace. Unfortunately as we know our culture has chosen some pretty bad drugs to call its own. I totally support this cause of course, but personally I wouldn't put myself under the limelight with something so highly illegal. If you aren't distributing them and don't get snitched on its unlikely that you'll get into legal trouble. My advice would be to choose a guerrilla warfare type approach. cultivate an insane amount of mushrooms and dose mass amounts of the unexpected public.

"Cursed Realms", From my research on the Internet I have concluded that shrooms have a lot of health benefits more so then other drugs except marijuana. I don't think I will get imprisoned for setting up a rally group to legalize shrooms because It falls under The Freedom of Speech Act. However If I did get imprisonment for whatever ridiculous reason then I would hope to have enough supporters to help me out a bit.

If we, the users, do not believe in our cause, no politician will ever come close to doing so either.
