Im lost as can be. I have no direction on what to do day to day and I cant take it anymore. Iv become depressed over the fact I lack social skills and the joy of doing things I used to love. I have considered enrolling in the community college and taking the ordinary math, literature, history ect for a quarter to see if anything sparks my interest or I gather my thoughts through out the quarter and find my nitch. I really dont know what else to do at this point the past 3 years iv been running around doing what ever and it was fun while it lasted but now things have changed for me faster than i realized they would and want to get my shit together. Have any of you taken this route for self discovery??

I went to CC thinking I wanted to be a plastic surgeon.
First year into my AA I didnt know what I wanted to do anymore with my life, it certainly wasnt cutting into people. Im pretty sure all the weed I was smoking didnt help because the only goal was getting a AA and go to a different school and waste more time.
Three years later Im a filmmaker.
School worked for me, and more importantly, allowed me to network and make connections with people I can build a future with.
I may not fare well in such a competitive industry, but I earned 3 degrees to soften the blow in case I need a shit desk job to fund my creative side.
It'll click for you OP. You just need to know what it is you like to do and see it from a career perspective. When i was in school, I saw a lot of people drop out of the film bachelors program because they thought making movies was just as easy as watching them. The same applies to everything. Video games, architecture, medical careers, music design, ect.
Find a job you love to do and youll never work a day in your life.
