Fallen to bacteria, any ways of saving he grains?

I've had three one pound bags of rye grains colonizing nicely except the one which I knw something was up when the moisture content got too high, and it never began to colonize, it has a sickly sweet smell and some gross looking slimy shit in it. I'm pretty damn sure this is bacteria but that being said. Is there any actuall way to save this bag that fell to bacteria or is it just a toss away? I'm upset cuz my spawn ratio will have to be smaller now for the mono .

No chanve chance of saving it.
Start over. It sucks but you have plenty of time and resources to make a new batch.

Well the other two bags are nearly half colonized so I'm concerned that they will be ready to mix with the sub way before I can get another bag ready and colonized so I'm just gonna cut the amount of sub to fit the new amount of spawn. Unless I can get a bag ready ASAP.
Sux, I was thinking pressure cooking it would possibly kill the bacteria but wasn't too hopefull. Thx man.
