PF Invertro Question

Hello all,
I am on my first cube grow, and it has been going ok. I used the tall 1/2 pints instead of the shorts, so colonization has taken a little longer than expected. A few of them have really slowed down on the bottom of the jars in the last 5 days. After doing some reading, I turned the jars upside down, to help them finish up.
Today if find that two of them still have about a nickle spot that has not colonized, and one of them is pinning invertro.
My question is do I wait until the mycelium has colonized 100%, or should I birth it since it is pinning?

Wait wait wait. Pinning before 100% colonization can be a sign of bacterial contam.
Do you use coarse verm? Do you grind your own brown rice? I also use the tall jars and have had great success with coarse verm and grinding my own brown rice. No stalling at the bottom and fully colonized 17 days after innoc.
Is your cake touching the bottom of the jar? If so turn upside down and give the lid a gentle smack against your hand.
If you are going to stick with the tall jars I suggest you use coarse verm and grind your own brown rice.

I believe the verm I am using is med/fine. It is the only verm that I was able to find without buying a huge bag of it, and I really do not know what grade that stuff was.
My BRF is organic, pre-ground bag bought from store.

I have seen no colors other than white in the jars. I have been wondering if some of them had cobweb mold.
See how this first one still has a spot that is not colonized...

They both have some raised white fluffy stuff.

What do you think??
If it is cobweb, can I just treat with H2O2?

Cobweb in jars is pretty rare from what I understand. And It also is not white so I don't think that is your issue. My jars had raised fluffy myc on the bottoms too. I'm thinking it is from poor ge or an excess of moisture on the bottom of the jars. About bacterial contamination:you might not see it right away. It could be inside your sub, and you wouldn't know it was there. Give your jars a good whiff and you'll know right away.

Thank you for the second opinion.
The first three jars (out of 6) that I have birthed have smelled like wonderful mushrooms. I am hoping the others are ok as well.
As far as them not being 100%, should I wait until those little nickle patches have been covered? I know that I should so they will be able to fight off contams better...

I do not have a thermometer in there, so I really can't say. Comfortable. 70-76 F.
