Ok first of all I'm colonizing a pint jar and two small glass cups, there at about 80% or so ,
My question is - when its time to spawn these to bulk can I break off alil bit and put into some more jars with fresh brf+verm or do i have to PCthe jars?

Are you talking about transferring the colonized mycelium to more brf jars? Not sure if it's just me, but your question is kinda hard to understand.

You would definitely want to PC the new jars and use a Glove Box to make the transfers.
What substrate are you using when you spawn to bulk?

Its brf+verm in the jars, and its going to be brf+verm in the tray...(its all I have) And its going pretty good right now, I'll be doing the transfer into the tray very sanitary like.. But one more q- do I PC the brf + verm in the jars too or just the jars? Andfor how long

I don't think you can use brf and verm as a bulk substrate - if I've understood you right. It will just go contam

You could probably case them and fruit as bulk, but it depends on your fruiting chamber. Not sure if it's been done before or not, but if it'll work with grains I can't see why it wouldn't work with brf, but you'll definitely have to be sterile when you spawn/case it.

I was and probably going to still try spawing two 1/2 pint or so glasses into an aluminum 2lb tray with the lids and holes with poly. But taped up till 100% again

If you go on my profile into my pics you'll see the tray I'm using, and yes I have a lil plan on how to spawn my cakes to bulk brf+verm sub as sterile as I possibly can
I'll be putting my clothes and two blankets into the washer n dryer so I can have the sheets to put one under me and one over me so its still air, while using a still air box kinda thing I'll be making

Are you going to case it? I'd at least case it in vermiculite. It could work, but that would dramatically increase your chances of success. Exposed grains, especially exposed brf, is just asking for contaminants. It's not so much a problem when spawning regular grains to bulk because the mycilium have already colonized them and will recover quickly enough to outpace any contaminants, but with flour there are just so many points of contamination. If you can spawn it in sterile conditions and then let it recolonize you might be able to fruit it with success as is, but you really have to be that much more sterile in the process.

And also when I have the bulk sub measured out, meaning when I've figured how much the tray will need with the spawn, should I just PC the verm+brf in a filter bag then mix with spawn day after then to tray?

bro you should to go to the pet store to buy a brick of coconut fiber, add some vermiculite, and pasteurize. don't waste your time trying to use brf and verm for bulk. as blueconfusion said, the results are not great using this method.
