You won't act and do certain things to your own racial group. YOu do these things to a specific group of people (treating some people as omega sometimes). It's not universal. You do some other stuff to other specific people. Cos the pecking order is ingrained in culture, in beahvior.

The table is not symmetric due to of historical reasons. But here I am, in your country, you act like I"m your dog. when you go outside of your country, you put up this front. back home, you are back to "yeah your are a chink in my home cos that's what you are. go home if you don't like it."

You talk about how these high ideal shit but a min ago you just called me a chink. We can't have a real discussion when a part of you think me as a dog, and at the same time ignore this aspect of you thinking in your debate with me. So how can I have a real debate when a part of you thought process and action is hidden from debate.
You're paranoid, and care too much for the thoughts of others.

Is that a fact?
And in regards to treating some as omega, the caste system is pretty Eastern. I could call Pol Pots actions 'Eastern' but that would just be racist. But like I said, slavery, rape, murder, racism etc. is found the world over. I've talked to Koreans who thought they were better than dark skinned Asians. I've talked to 'royalty' of Eastern descent who thought they were better than their own people!!
Take your blinders off. Or keep them on.

I thought the east and west both traded with each other by the import and export of goods and also exchange services to manufacture those goods via cheap labor unseen in the west with exception to an immigrant.
I don't see the division anymore especially when a younger generation of Indians and Chinese manage to populate cities full of employment where a white person cannot be found.. in the west.
The global lingo is dollars and cents and depending where your from the ratios are different but that's about it, eg. prostitutes in India would sell their body's for much less than that of in the West due to the common nature of the profession

Moderation, Balance, No stress
hard to achieve for any of us, no matter if we live in east or west
meditation / simple lifestyle(appreciating what we got) / nature helps
thoughts/desires/emotions are a prison for us, because they create attachments automatically we need to turn off thoughts / control them, with meditation / by observing them at all times
only think when needed
often it is a good idea to listen to yourself, because yourself knows best when you're stressed and why ignore the warning signs and you get sick soon stress will make us forget ourselves too, which we should avoid

I do kinda agree with you dude , but all i'm saying is that you could chalk that upto the human experience. In the past there were much wider gaps between culture's but those gaps are further closing by the day , as English slowly becomes the mother tongue of the planet earth.
