pinning only on bottom of cake
    #1880814 - 09/04/03 10:18 AM (20 years, 7 months ago)

not that my friend has a problem with it, but it seems that his cakes only pin on the end he has sitting on the geolite, which is cool cuz he just waits for one end to pin and then flip it and he gets both ends pinning, is this normal? im sure its because of the wicking effect of the geolite but i could be wrong

Yes. The cakes are either dry and are getting the needed moisture from the geolite, or the humidity is too low.

yeah I agree with all the above you should dunk/cold shock the cakes before every flush and roll it in verm or at least double end case it by adding verm to the top and bottom of the cake(damp with h202 added) this give it good places to form pins
