Since I can't afford an actual tree in my house, I guess I'll try to bonsai it at some point.. but first, patience..

Are tender seedlings going to die, at the first sign of frost?

Mine died long before it was cold enough for frost. Just mentioning 'cold' near the seedling will cause them to die from fear. :aargh:

I'll tell you one thing,I did an experiment, and grew a couple of my plants in the shade, and one plant in the sun.

The sun grown one is kind of burnt, sporting light yellow/green leaves.

The Shade grown ones grew exactly the same size,as the sun grown one but are a rich dark green, and are overall healthier looking.

Looks like it takes a very long time for plants to adapt to the sun here it seems.

True that. I cut mine down and since the onset of fall the sun has been nicer and the new leaves are a deep rich green color.

Its a prettey good size tree but very flimsy branches. Not strong at all. I broke off 3inch thick branches with my bare hands.

Nice Bro! How Tall is she?

I took a new pic of mine the other day and it is around 7ft tall or more.

I'm 5'11" and it is just a lil taller than I can reach. This has been it's second year in that same pot so I plan to replant it over winter to a larger pot and hope I can keep it alive for another 2 years  :excited:
