Hi guys,
For my next grow i'm planning on buying some plastic containers because here in the netherlands mason jarrs are off limits and the box with all my glass jarrs fell down the stairs.
The containers I can choose from are
round dia 4inch height 1.2 inch
square 4x4x1,2 or 12x4x2 inches
which ones should i choose?

They don't have mason jars in the Netherlands?
You can also use 8 ounce drinking glasses (lowball glasses) and use tinfoil as a lid, FYI.
Otherwise you need to find plastic that is PP5, and make sure the lid is PP5 as well, sometimes the lids are made with cheaper plastics than the container.

Neither of those container sizes are ideal, honestly. There has to be something... bigger.

in al of europe... mason jarrs are an american thing haha :P whe got weck jarrs they do the same thing but the lid is from glass so no room for holes
Before I used jelly jars but they got destroyed on the way down the stairs.. and it's a lot of jelly sandwiches to replace them. I dont even like jelly
I tried normal jars aswel but the lids are not airtight so i had lot of contams.

This is a good plastic bin. It's 1/2 pint (8 fluid ounces, 1 cup or 236 ml) just like PF tek.

Yes finnaly found some containers had to an other city and they only had 3 left but okey the price was decent 3,99€ for 3x 1000ml container they are pp 5, heat resistant 100+ and you can put them in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher. I trew the containers a couple time true the room to see iff the lids would stay in place. Not ideal but with some duck tape they should do the trick.
Putting one in the pc now for one hour lets see what happends.
I really hope I finnaly found what i needed

okey, the plastic container is out of the pc. and still looks the same didn't loose shape at all. So they are perfect so far. Next step fill one up with some bird seeds (don't have anything els for the moment) and inoculate.
