Are All Pressure Cookers at 15psi?

Near my home, the only pressure cooker I have found is this one:
http://www.mea.philips.com/c/home-cooking/daily-collection-manual-6-liter-hd2108_56/prd/
The website nor the manual states the psi, and it seems the only control available is for the time. Are all pressure cookers at 15 psi by default?

If you can't verify the pressure capability, then don't buy it.

My presto just has the jiggler on it and only reaches 12.5psi by defult. However, this has not yet been a problem for me in the 2 years Ive had it. I never run it less than 90 mins. I have probably used it twice a week since I purchased it, so thats pretty good imo.

My presto has a gauge that reads to 20 but the weight rattles at 15. The pressure depends on how you use it. If there is no gauge or weight system its a very dangerous contraption

If you intend to use your pc every day, you should get a 22 liter Presto or close to it, used from Ebay for $70 or so. A 6 liter pc is very small.

I have both sizes, the 22quart can pc 9 jars, the 6 quart can pc 1 jar, and only if tilted on its side (what a pain cuz you have to worry about water bubbling up and into the jar). I'm talking about quart jars here. I can pc 9 times the amount in the same time it takes 1 on the other pc. Way worth it if you do this on a regular basis. The presto has a pressure gauge and a rocker that is better than the 6 quart too.
