problem with the question: "Does god exist?"

After thinking about this question for a while I think it is kind of silly that people act like either answer or side is 100% true
It is a little hard to explain why but I will try through metaphor
You might as well ask the question "Is the meat lovers supreme a good idea?"
Not only is the meat lovers pizza at every different place different, each person answering the question also has different tastes in meats. on top of that some are vegan and vegatarian. on top of that, each person will assume the question is about a particular pizza place that they have in mind. And a "good idea" could mean tastes good, or it could mean healthy
So many distinct answers from one question
So when one person asks "Does God exist?"
Which god? Which religion? And most importantly, what is your definition of "exist"?
One person may make the assumption that we are discussing the christian god who is somewhat personified and tbh a little fucked up. I wouldnt agree that God exists
One person may answer the question with the assumption that God itself is the one quality that manifests in every facet of the physical realm. The state of "being" that is shared by plants, rock, thoughts, and meat lovers pizza. So the answer wouldn't even be certain. And on top of that, this state of being wouldnt really exist, it would just "be"
If you guys dont get my post, please read it over once more. If you still dont get it, then lol. I tried my best to convey my thoughts in english. I appreciate the time. Share your thoughts/responses

Fact and opinion are not related so your analogy is poor. But your point that an ill-defined term cannot be determined one way or another is accurate. However, if the term God is clearly defined then the answer is either 100% true or false.
Either way all God discussions are essentially fruitless.

Yup.
BTW I don't like your new avatar precisely because I don't recognize you with it and so think it's some new poster.

I think you're on the right track, the main problem in saying whether or not a god exists is in defining god. If god is undefinable then how can you say it does or doesn't exist.
You must have been reading my arguments in the atheist thread?
