Fucking dogs woke me up again.  This time it was 3:30 and they wanted to go out for a pee.  They used to be able to sleep through the night, but now that they are quite elderly they need to go out at least once a night.  Meh, you get used to it.

Dang I hate it when I have to poop in Aikido class too. We have this whole uniform and shit.

But on another note- good morning all. Just got done watering the garden. Having some cereal. Hung out with Mr Philcybin and his pup Morghan (sp?) last night for a bit and smoked some bowls and had some beers :feelsgoodman:

Just getting ready for work. It's been damn hot lately. Can't wait for it to cool off a bit.

Got work till 4:30, then Aikido at 6:30

drinking my coffee, just had my morning crap. all it takes is one cup of coffee and it's hammer time, unless i've been eating really poorly which i was for the past couple of weeks. i'm trying to get back on track with eating healthy and exercising but i'm just depressed, nothing seems real or seems to matter anymore.

oh well, enough misery. i have to work in a couple hours where i will numb my brain with podcasts for 8 hours. i just discovered professor blastoff which i love. anyone have any favorite podcasts?

Radiolab,
This American Life
Judge John Hodgman
WTF With Marc Maron

I really like the first two, Radiolab is probably my favorite. I just started listening to podcasts so I don't know too many yet, Fresh Air from NPR would be a good one too it's an interview show so it depends on the guest. Podcasts really help time fly especially when they are an hour each. I don't think I could survive at work without my headphones.

When I have to poop at the gym I try to squeeze it out when someone is washing their hands or using the air dryer to dry their hands, I try to do it quickly and silently, like a ninja would.

I poop really fast so I can go in and get a little loaf out in under 2 minutes.

radiolab is the bomb, i've already listened to every podcast available on itunes  they only put new ones up every couple of weeks or so, not cool!

i was gonna start listening to WTF with marc maron but before i did i happened to listen to a podcast that he was a guest on and he was being a major dick to one of the other guests. i guess that's his "thing" maybe, but it really turned me off.

Yeah it totally is he talks about himself all the time, more and more depending on how unfamous his guests are. Though, he gets good guests and he is pretty knowledgeable with music thangs so I'll deal with his doucheyness. I have this app called podkicker on my phone which let me sign up for the unoffical radiolab channel and that has their whole selection of podcasts, I dunno how iphones are with that shit though.
