Stomach Problems and Paranoia Associated with Cannabis Usage

Hey fellow trippers, psychonauts and everyone else here! I'm new to the site though I've been an avid shroomery reader for about 2 years and just thought I'd jump right into things here, hey no other way to get to meet some new interesting people right?
So a little background info, I've been interested in mind expanding drugs for about 6 years now and am a undergrad at a liberal arts college in the states studying neuroscience. I'm fairly inexperienced compared to some here but have still had my fair share of drug experience. I've been a moderate user of cannabis for 5 years now (probably an average of 3-4 times a week with some month long breaks in there). I have some experience with LSD and mushrooms as well as pure MDMA crystals from some friends in high places (tested). My most intense experience was on a 3.5 g mushroom trip (some incredibly strong cubes that gave me my first true experience of ego death, others who ate half an 8th reported "tripping hard as fuck.") I've never had a "bad trip" on these, though I've had some difficulties on coming up on DXM in the past. Either way, let me get to the point
Although I've always experienced some paranoia from cannabis I always had a good relationship with maryjane. It has provided incredible insights and I've had my fair share of intense edible experiences as well as experience with hash and very potent hash oil. However, recently (say, out of the last 30 experiences) half have involved serious stomach discomfort, racing thoughts and feelings of going insane and losing touch with reality accompanied by an overall dissociative state. This makes no sense to me as cannabis is used to prevent nausea. Anyone else have experience with this or have any ideas of the cause? Could it be the other drugs I've put into my body? Should I take a long break? I've had my fair share of experience with alcohol, nitrous, adderall, ritalin, vicodin, codeine syrup, and like I mentioned DXM (7 or 8 high 2nd plateau trips). Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Have you been using the same weed strain or method of ingestion this whole time? Could there be contamination involved (mold can be easy to miss)? Any major life changes recently, or long breaks in between?

No, I've smoked from many different stashes, all fairly high quality. Also had this occur to me with edibles once, come to think of it that might've been the first time I really noticed the severe stomach discomfort

It might just be that you've happened upon higher-quality stuff than you're used to, and getting "too high". You might want to just try smoking less.
Whenever I eat too much edibles I get similar symptoms. I generally go into a state where I feel like I have to remember to breathe or I'll just stop and die.

Do you still experience those symptoms when vaporizing? Tracking dosage may help if you care to break out a scale before each session.

I've never experienced stomach problems with weed (aside from short term nausea from monster bong hits) but I can relate to the paranoia. If it's making you feel like you're going crazy, ramping down or taking a break is probably a good idea.

I definitely don't think it's that I have higher quality stuff now. I've had 4 big dabs of high quality BHO in the past and plenty of medical grade weed. In fact, I've smoked from the same stash and had times where a smoked a fat doob and felt fine and other times where I've just had a few small hits and got the shitty feeling. I know what feeling "too high" is like but this is different.
And I haven't actually vaped since these symptoms have started Xingu but it might be a good idea

Maybe you're allergic. You can have allergies to dust, peanuts, bees, or mold. A plant is hardly out of the question. Considering you've tried different strains and your symptoms are uncommon amongst cannabis users, I would view it as a possibility.
One possibility.
Scratch that, after rereading your post I would lean on some form of mental issue. Maybe just depression stress can sneak up on you

I guess it's possible but could an allergy just form out of the blue? I never had these issues for hundreds and hundreds of time smoking until this past summer
