strange atl 7 jar

Hi, I am a very long time reader of this message board but hardly ever post as I can usually find what I need already answered. However this jar looks very strange and I was wondering if anyone could identify the contaminant.
This is the only jar which I inoculated with a sample of atl7 mycelium. I processed my rye just as RR suggests which makes me doubt that it is ergot (though I always fear that fungus). My current plan is to harvest some tissue from the center of one of the large sclerotia and culture it on agar so that I can keep this strain.
If it is of interest I did notice the mycelium begin to darken when I made the mistake of shaking the jar. I also have heard that galindoii and its variants can have strangely colored mycelium. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also please note that the last picture best captures the actual color of everything in the jar, theprevious ones appear too bright of green as I did not have a natural light source.

I guess that's ok for atl#7. A bit bruised perhaps ?
Btw, it's usually best to always inform about incubation periods in this case.

Bacteria probably. You can try shaking it and see if it recovers.

No need for worry. You would need to actually eat the contaminated grains for it to be toxic. Ergot grows on grains but not mushrooms so any mushrooms grown would be completely free of it.
