Backyard Boletes

Some boletes I found with probable IDs. I've decided (for anyone who hasn't noticed) that boletes are my new pet project. Mid-Atlantic US, near a mixed deciduous (primarily oak) forest:
Xanthoconium purpureum:

Tylopilus indicisus with a funky cap.

Boletus bicolor (Pores are very shallow & are more yellow than in the picture.)

Boletus campestris

Nice. All the Boletes I have found lately have been attacked by the hypomyces before I got to them.

Thanks! There's an oak forest back there and I find a lot of boletes and little amanitas, and a surprising quantity of reishis. I want to find a black velvet bolete sometime. We don't really have A. muscaria around here, though. Which is probably why only a handful in the forum are willing to help my ID my shit, LOL.

That sucks. They have a tendency to get attacked by bugs, too, so you have to find them young.
