Coprinopsis sp. (undulata?)
Growing out of mulch near a bush. Thin cobweb-like veil over a dark grey cap.
Stem is hollow, flesh/gills are the same color throughout. They're annoyingly ephemeral--they go from the button stage to dead over the course of 24 hours.
Flesh is lighter as it opens up.

----
Cool cock-shaped mushrooms:
No clue what these are.

Found growing under a tree in a mixed deciduous forest in the mid-Atlantic region of the US. Yellow with bark-like peeling on the stem. Stems solid, mushrooms are very fleshy. Approximately 3" tall, gills are white but I was unable to get a spore print. No bruising or discoloration when cut, flesh is white. Growing in big groups. No discernible smell. ---
Here's another Russula silvacola, because I keep finding them and they're cool.

I have a few boletes that I'll post later.
