Looks like a panther (poison) ... ? Formosa usually a lot brighter yellow, and a little different shape.. No brown whatsoever... ... So I guess it a panther??
Here's a pic of some formosa I found last year (a lot more yellow) ...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panther_cap
Panthers can be light or dark brown... so if you ate it and it's a panther. you might know, hope all is well.. for all I know atleast I don't think panther is deadly, but known to be poison.. ... but I do believe it to be a panther because muscaria has no brown. and that picture clearly looks of light brown... best of luck...
I also suppose it may be a blusher (a choice edible...) But being that it seems as if you had eaten it, you probably know it's deliciousness already.. (L O L) ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blusher

It looks like it's in the A. muscaria family. I personally would not have eaten it unless I was totally sure of what it was, though. I can't contribute much more than that, I'm in Australia where we only have this form of A. muscaria, and that by the truckload.

The pictures are kinda shady, in all honesty. That may be why a TI never showed up. That could be a lot of different Amanita species.
