I know this is not a mushroom..but nobody managed to help me until now so I ask you guys..what are these 2 plants? The one with black fruits might be from the solanaceae family? It might be related to deadly nightshade? And what about the second one? Would they cause hallucinations and delirium if you eat them? I'm almost sure that they are not edible, the one with black fruits were found on a field growing from a half meter tall plant,I don't recall any special characteristics of the specific plant.

First plant is elderberry (Sambucus nigra), I'm not sure about the second.

They are neat- I have no clue about the ID, but you should be able to find the amanita muscaria that you were looking for about a month or two ago.

Elderbery is a wonderful flu/cold medicine, made into a syrup. Youtube "elderberry syrup" for info/recipes. It's sold in an extract form here in the states as Sambucus:
http://www.seacoast.com/sambucus
I looked all over where I am, but all I found was red which is not nearly as nice. Apparently the blues are on the east side of the cascades... I would be all over those elderberries, man!
They also reportedly make an awesome jelly or jam. Git your granny (or anyone else's) to make some up, I would think you'd have plenty of grannies in romania who would know just what to do. LOL.

It's also good for wine, take elderberrys, 5liter water and 1kg of sugar + yeast and youll get a nice 10%-ish wine.

Elderberry seeds are toxic and contain cyanide, if you eat to many you could die. More likely "weird" plants will make you sick before they will ever make you high.

Yeah, seeds, leaves and stems are all toxic. That's why the fruits are usually cooked and made into a jam and then sifted to remove the seeds. We mostly use the flowers in tea, they have medicinal benefits and smell amazing! There is always a jar or two of dry elder flowers in the cupboard. Syrup made from flowers is also very popular here. It's the most refreshing sugary drink I've ever tasted!

I like to use the kitchenaid strainer attachment for berry type stuff. Run 'em thru that before anything else, you get the juice and most of the pulp, then no fiddling with it after it's stickier.

I often eat the flowers straight off the plant, they taste really nice, but the problem is they are always full of tiny insects (which doesn't bother me itself, but I'd rather not rob the insects of their life just so i can eat a few flowers). I eat the berries raw too. Didn't even noticed they had seeds. Never eaten that many so would never have known they are toxic.

Make sure they are fully ripe. They are poisonous when unripe.

Could the first one be Aronia?

The leaves definetely look more Sambucus nigra than Aronia melanocarpa.
Chokeberry´s leaves appear to be more oval and elderberry's more elliptical with serrated edges, like the ones in the OP's post.

Nah, it's elderberry, 100%. As pouihi said, the shape of the leaves, then the stems are more red and less woody, clustering growth, general appearance of the berries, etc. I'm also not sure if Aronia even grows in that part of Europe, while elderberry is extremely common.
