hi guys,
i have 2 reishi blocks in sgfc; I havent misted or fanned much (not very good conditions) and i also didnt cover the blocks, therefor blocks lost lots of water, they had enough light tho. i have only antlers. now that they (almost) reached the lid they kinda stopped growing and they started forming balls and i see some weird pores on the end of the antler.
just out of curiosity, what is this?
deformation because i treated them badly?

im gonna pick them today, put blocks in water and cold shock them before 2nd flush (i will ensure better conditions so that i can get conks).

I would say they are "semi conks". You are starting to get pores. There is nothing wrong with them considering the conditions they are under. Actually they don't look bad at all.

G. lucidum always like to grow a stem (antler) first no matter how much air you give them (on the 1st flush - 2nd is different). At some point they decide to try to form a conk. If they have enough air, they will form a nice conk, pore surface and all. If they don't have enough air, they will form strange blobs with pores in strange places.
Yours look like you've actually treated them pretty nicely. Keep giving them lots of air and misting frequently and you might end up with some decent looking conks
If you're somewhere with any level of RH, I'd just leave the lid off your SGFC and mist 2x a day. If you can't do that, just leave it on and they'll still turn out fine! Medicinal value should be great whether they're aesthetically pleasing or weird looking blobs

Nice
Just dunk the block and it will probably grow some more fruits from the stumps of where you cut those ones.
