Not oysters and most likely not A. muscaria, it's too young to properly identify but it's probably Amanita sect. Lepidella.

Hey sketch, how did the smoking of the muscaria skin go?
I went back to check the thread and... Well... Anyways. Did it ever work out for you?

Your 'oysters' are probably something like Clitocybe or Entoloma, I can't really seem to place them.

Your first one looks like Tylopilus felleus to me. The second is Ampulloclitocybe (Clitocybe) clavipes, and the third are Amanita muscaria var guessowii buttons.

The universal veil that covers the mushroom when it is young is white.

Oysters grow from wood and do not have actual differentiated stems like that, in oysters the gills are much more decurrant and the stipe is concolorous with the gills.
