I have a print I took in the bottom of a glass qt jar, what's the best way to use this?

I wasn't thinking too much about it when I took it and now I'm not sure how to actually go about using it. Could I just fill it with water and PC for ~25m maybe? I assume a good amount of the spores would survive being PCed would they not?

Use something like an inoculation loop to reach way down in there to pickup a few spores and transfer them to agar. Do this in front of a flow hood or in a SAB of course.

Why are you talking about sterilizing your spore print?
If you think that might kill contaminants, you're right. But it'll kill all your spores too. Most contaminants are sturdier than cubensis.
Do what Juiceh said. And especially if your jar wasn't sterile to begin with, be sure to streak the spores onto the agar.

Well, it was sealed, and yeah it did have an injection port, but the jar isn't sterile since I had to open it to put the cap in and likewise take it back out.
edit: I did put the lid back on after taking the cap out and left it in the sun so the remaining moisture would evaporate if that's worth anything. It wasn't a sterile jar to begin with though, just cleaned/sanitized.
