Hey! So some of you may have heard that the Pepsi Corporation Was recently sued for their lies regarding their Product, "Naked Juice" .
Well, They lost and now anyone who purchased a Naked Juice since 2007 Is Eligible for $75 with proof of purchase $45 Without Proof of purchase.
All you have to do is take a moment to file a claim
The more people that claim, The more it will cost Pepsi and the more it will push the point that we are tired of being lied to about whats in our food!!!
Heres the website where you can file your claim http://www.nakedjuiceclass.com/
Enjoy!

You don't have it right. Here's a hypothetical:
A group of lawyers sued Pepsi.
It was decided either by the judge or outside of court between the group of lawyers and Pepsi how much they're willing to settle for.
Let's say they settled for 9 million dollars.
Each of the 4 hypothetical lawyers get a cool 2 million each, and the last tiny bit is split between how many people sign up to receive "up to $45".
By sharing this with people, you're lowering the amount of money you'll get.
I think it's ethically ok to sign up for silly ones like this. Nobody was harmed due to confusion over the drink's labeling.
But please stay away from the ones that say "x medicine caused leg damage" because then there's the possibility you're denying someone money for medical treatment.

They were Advertizing their products as "All Natural" and "Additive Free."
But it was full of GMO's and synthetic nutrient additives.
But really how anyone believed Pepsi would actually offer an Organic Healthy Anything is beyond me
Whats funny is that PepsiCo, essentially is the company that bankrolled the defeat of Prop 37 in California, the “Right to Know” GMO labeling campaign.
Quote:
According to plaintiffs, Naked Juice used soy ingredients that are genetically engineered “by design or by contamination.” (Naked Juice doesn’t use certified organic or verified non-GMO soy.) Naked Juice intentionally used misleading language to give consumers “the false impression that the beverage’s vitamin content is due to the nutritious fruits and juices, rather than added synthetic compounds.” And the PepsiCo subsidiary contained a laundry list of synthetic chemicals, including calcium pantothenate (synthetically produced from formaldehyde).

Just your name, email, how much you think you spent on these products since 2007. if you have it, upload proof of purchase, virtually sign your name, Done.

This poster is correct. Over the years I have received 6 or 8 notifications by mail of a class action. They said how many millions would be split up. I signed the thing and sent it back (which waives your right to sue as an individual). About 5 months later they sent the check, which varied from pennies to less than 15 dollars. The fact that they opened this up to the general public means the awards will be tiny.

$8.57 is not that bad. I have gotten several class actions for under 2 dollars. At least yours was worth the price of the stamp and the time it took to send it in.
