A piece of toast topped with two fried eggs. Which is all topped with Lactarius deliciosus and a couple of chants that were sauteed in, you guessed it, butter, oil, and garlic.
I mix butter and a flavorless high temp oil so as to not burn the butter too much.

Here are my finds from today.... Can I get some ID help on all but the puff balls? Which, by the way, are my first edible finds! (If they are legit, that is)
Pics #4 and #5 kinda looked like a cyan to me, but it was all alone and I left it. What do you guys think?

Was nobodies mind blown by the fact that the first KFC was in Utah?
That stirred my noodle when I found out as a kid.
