Look at this nice specimen, just thought I'd share

Also found two nice small mushrooms with round caps.
Going to let them dry and consume some time?

What type of dosage you plan in taking? I've never tried them before what's it like?

Not quite sure yet... This is uncharted territory for me but the more I read into them the more appealing they became. There's a lot of myths surrounding these shrooms, but if prepared correctly small to medium doses can be really pleasant whereas larger doses aren't so pleasant.
I guess I'll take it step by step with these and see what happens?

Not the same as most shrooms.

So, I have the large mushroom... then two small ball shaped mushrooms. It's difficult to find them around here that aren't already eaten by small animals... but I think 3 caps should be good for a first try.
I'm going to let them dry out for a bit (I hear this reduces the stomachaches) then maybe consume in a few days.
I don't want a delirium dose, but enough to tap into the spiritual brain tonic side of these mushrooms.

Eh, don't want to eat enough to make me sick... perhaps enough for just a small buzz. How many did you eat??
I've read a lot of pleasant reports on low doses... it seems the negative reports happen where people eat enough to induce a state of delirium.
So, def not intending to trip on these.

Hmm, I think I'll just eat that one large cap pictured. Waiting for it to dry more still, giving it some time... I'm not going to fuck around with these mushrooms lol, otherwise i'll be happy with a nice buzz to see what It's all about.

Not sure how to send you a spore print, and if it would last in mail overseas - and I think these mushrooms need to grow under a pine or birch tree?
So I'm back from the bar, and the mushrooms are quite dry now (still a bit chewy I suppose...). Starting to much a little bit at a time... they don't taste so bad. Hoping for a good night sleep/good dreams at this point...

Northern hemisphere... I'm in Eastern Scandinavia. Ate about half that large cap dried and some stem, starting to feel a bit dry mouth.. so going to munch a bit at a time from here on out.

Just messing with you, but thanks and I'm pretty sure they've never/can't be cultivated indoors, so you're right about that.

Yeah the have some sort of special relationship with a pine/birch tree from what I understand? It's kind of a special mushroom which is why I'm being so careful with it...

Hmm, so you reckon they'd be in the UK? Safe journeys, be careful with the amanita! I'm sure we've all read many bad and good things about em. Definitely one to tiptoe with :P

I imagine they would be in the UK... look in the forest around pine trees? Yeah I haven't eaten that much but I'm starting to feel dry mouth and more drunk than I was earlier, well wasn't really drunk but had a beer buzz going... weird mushroom, yeah definitely not one to mess around with, I imagine the dry mouth means it's starting to work, we'll see... I don't plan on eating all of what I have dried, just seeking a bit of a buzz is all :P
