it would take a very long time and I doubt it would fruit very good if at all. The reason being BRF has the nutrients for the colonization and the fruiting stage, manure however wont have very many nutrients for both with out adding something to it.
when we grow indoors we make the mycelium colonize like a muscle, it covers all the substrate and becomes strong.
In the wild mycelium colonizes like a peripheral nervous system,in long thin strings aided by micro organism in the soil. in its own way its just as good and doesnt put as much toll on the soil itself but it doesnt usually yeild as much.

Are you out of your gourd? Manure is incredibly nutrient-rich.
The reason straight manure won't work well is its density; hydrated poo alone just wouldn't breathe. Your jars would be much more prone to anaerobic contamination.
Adding brown rice flower wouldn't help, as it is also plenty nutrient-rich, but likewise very dense when hydrated. You need a bulking agent that gives a lighter texture. I am not experienced with manure, but I'd imagine you'd be much better off mixing the vermiculite in with it.

ummmmm ya digested food is in no way more nutrient rich then undigested food
horse poo is more airy then cowpoo so you dont need a bulking agent.
what I have said in my post are things I have physically tested and examined, not just read about
