You should've shaken those jars awhile ago. No need for the foil on top, either. That just restricts GE. Looking good so far, though. Hopefully you'll have something like this in a few months:

I did, my shaken ATLs made no truffles at all...fruited good though.
Stonesun I think has also mentioned he no longer shakes sclerotia producers.
I would only shake them if using them for spawn right away

I'm trying to avoid pc'ing HPOO in my house...my roommate seems to have issue with that, so I'm wondering if mixing worm castings with my bulk substrate would achieve the results I'm looking for as far as a nitrogen source? My plan was a bulk sub of coir, castings, verm and gypsum, then was going to case with jiffy mix... Frank...how's that plan sound?

You can fruit ATLs from coir+verm. Check out 's grows with stone forming varieties. You don't want stones to form in the grain jars & as soon as the bulk substrate is 100% colonized you apply the casing layer and introduce it to fruiting.

Why wouldn't I want stones to form in the jars? I WANT stones. Furthermore...you can still spawn to bulk with the same grains once you pick all the stones out...I'm just confused as to why you would say I DON'T want stones to form...that's kinda.....not right?

It's recommended for best results if you're trying to get fruits in a monotub. If you're not trying to get fruits, I'd just leave them in jars.
