My first attempt failed to colonize anything at all. This one went better. My first flush is probably small to most but anything is a good yield after a failed first attempt. I didn't expect them to be so large to be honest. The first pic was 40 grams, the second wasn't weighed, the third was 58 grams, and the fourth wasn't weighed either. They were just pulled out of a dunk and are back in the FC. I'll see what round 2 has in store.

Congrats man, GT's were my first as well. Now, learn how to take a print/make a syringe/LC/clone to keep your hobby going. Enjoy the fruit of your labor

looks great brother.
In order to take your cakes to the next leven, you need to undestand water dinamics, dunking, misting bottom watering etc...
Congrats on the succes!

Aaawwww shiet. Those are amazing! Congratulations my man
I notice a lot (most?) growers are using very fine vermiculite. I don't live in the US, and I had to settle with what I got, and I used very course verm, and the stuff grew just fine. Just an observation!

The fine verm works better to roll your cakes in. If all you can get is course verm then stick it in a coffee grinder or blender and grind it a little. Just don't go overboard and turn it to powder

Yes, I definitely noticed that, almost all of my verm fell off the cakes, but then again, I dispute, albeit from meager personal experience, the claim that the verm rolling matters that much.

Nice work buddy!
Gt's where my first also. Still got one print of it. Id suggest you try it out. It's extremely easy!
That's the first step towards being self-sufficient. Good luck and awesome job.

Thanks all. It was a very encouraging experience. I want to learn to make a syringe and do a monotub next. For now I'm waiting to see if a second flush will kick off after the dunk and roll.
