Idea for a terrarium, comments appreciated

I posted this once but it didn't show up for some reason, and please excuse my formatting as I am using lynx.
My idea is based on the duel chamber design. I woul duse plexiglass to make a chamber however on one side that is about 1 inch away from the wall that runs the distance and is sealed to hold water. In there there would be an airstone powered via a pump outside the tank.
There would be 2 "posts" to hold up the divider over the top of the reservois. The posts would be aquarium cement one about an inch about the reservoir and one about at the top of the tank. The diver would rest on top of these posts, providing a slant over the tank and slanting back into the reservoir so the drops drip their way down back into the water.
My main concern with this design is that the angle wouldnt be enough to lets the drops flow, but I think it will be. Also, should I heat or light this? I have heard both yes and no. I was going to try just room temperature and allow daylight to creep in during the day, is that enough light? Thanks guys!

Thanks for the input! I have done this before twice but both times were several years ago, and a lot has changed since then!
Can you please explain why a drip shield is no longer needed? Did they determine that the drops didnt affect the cakes?
Here is a gif of my idea for a setup, including the drop shield which could be taken out of the picture I guess.
Will daylight from a window be enough light?

Way to much work for nothing. Forget about the bubblers and air stones, they suck. People used those back in the day because no one knew enough to use a cool mist.
This is what you want to do. Easiest and fully automated. I'm going to keep preaching it until everyone catches on.

Screw ur cool mist!!!!
the stones and Hydroton is the best way to go. if u have alot of cakes in one area i would say use the cool mist for air exchange but if ur only doing like 2 casings and some cakes use the air stones. run them for 24/7! they work wonders!

As usual seems peopel have different ways of doing it. Can anyone else please offer some advise as I would like to get this setup today.
Should I get any lighting for it? I was thinking an incadesent hood would be light and heat for it but I have also read not to directly light them.

Build a Poor Mans Pod with hydroton and air bubblers. They rock.
