Give it a few days, I am not sure if it really is Trich Yet.
We will need more picks in the following days.

Trich. Toss it before it starts making spores.
If you really want to keep it around to watch the fireworks go off then separate it at least. The further away the better.
EDIT it also seems to have an awful lot of water droplets collected. Were those just hanging out there, or did you mist it before taking this picture? If that was just how it looked normally then you might have bacteria also.

Actually not everyone was a noob. Being a noob is a very new phenomenon. Many people, the great majority in fact, were simply "beginners", "novices" or "new to mushroom growing". Being a "noob" is reserved, and in fact created specifically for and by, the newer, much more lame generations coming about. -Shpongle1

You can pour salt over the entire area. That'd buy you some more time to finish your flush, if one has even started yet.

FYI it was definitely trich. A couple days after pic the entire top of my sub was covered in the white and green of trich. I think what had happened was that I didn't let my substrate cool off enough before spawning to it and it must have killed my mycelium.
When I dumped this outside it wasn't even colonized throughout the substrate. It had been 2 weeks since spawning to it and it should have been completely colonized.
Oh well live and learn, next time I will definitely allow more time to cool my substrate. How long do you guys usually allow before spawning to substrate? Do you leave to cool over night?

You should definitely increase air exchanges on that one to get a lower Rh. Too much condensation.
