Yeah, I had Cambodian cubes where one tray produced nice, thick "normal" sized fruits and the tray next to it produced dwarf mushrooms. They looked exactly the same, only one tray was mini replicas of the other.

Weird shit?

That many trays? Maybe, I guess.

Fruit size is mostly determined by genetics and moisture content.

Good point - not sure how he spawned them though? Maybe the small trays all came from one or two of the same quarts?

I'm no expert and hopefully an expert will come along, but...
I see what may be aerial rhyzomorphic mycelium in your trays. It's hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like you have your trays in a monotub.
This leads me to think you might have an FAE problem.
However, low moisture content and genetics are very good candidates as well.

You will get the same results with too much moisture as with not enough.
Small fruits.

the moisture content is what is called for with the recipe ,its the same amount i was using with sucsess before when i just put the substraight straight into the bin without trays, changed to the trays because the building i moved to must have a high mold spore count

is the substrate still the same depth as before and in the same fruiting chamber?
Is your FC a monotub? I'm still not clear on that one.
