All I know is that I'd pick any of those cities over Calgary.

Yeah I'd say a fuckin good American city would be Reno or San Francisco. New York is too big with too many tourists. I also chose San fran not because of livability. I vote for the crowd that's all about freedoms since the 60s+ Reno for livability and because it's pretty.

That seems to be a bit outdated(from 2011 according to the article), but I guess there wouldn't be too big of a change on P-A-P's position if it was up to date

Toronto probably only made the list because there is a really good public transit system, and because of Canada's free healthcare.  I mean it has good areas and some good schools, but as a whole it's a pretty hurting city.  Not to mention who could even afford to live there?  Both Toronto and Vancouver are like mini Canadian New York Cities in terms of housing prices.

Y'all Canadians need to stop bitching. 3 cities made the top 5 in the world. That means there's only 2 other similar places you could go to and feel at home. The rest is always going to be worse and worse. Be happy with what you got.

Toronto also has about the worst car insurance rates in the country I think.
