It looks like G. Punctifolius

Went out looking for some chants today and came across What I think is G. Punctufolius. -thanks for the ID help Joust.
I found three and am currently waiting for spore prints. The deposits on the stems is are rusty brown.
The taste was really bitter.
Growing from decaying conifer. Very decayed.
One of the stems is even showing a strong blue/green bruising.

Edit- a few more shots

Nice find. They are very interesting looking for Gyms. At first i thought they kind of reminded me of the Cortinarius species i keep finding until i looked harder.
Did you find any chantrelles?

Thanks Symon! I was really jazzed to find it. I met up with Joust the day he found that one and he was very excited. So, I was stoked to find it the next week.

Do people really post their finds on fb? Why would you want to expose your identity to the public? Everything on fb is public info, and is for sale. The days of deleting parts of your post are gone, it is all compiled in a file...deleted or not. Anyone who still uses this site has basically given them the right to track you in every way.
This may not be a big deal for some, but if someone was out to get you, they could link fb with this site and your post. Especially if you hunt psyclobin fungi, this can all be used as evidence against you. Even if you are not doing anything illegal, the fact you can be harassed by the legal system is bs. All it takes is one loser to turn against you.

Woot!
I'm pretty stoked. Twas my first Gymnopolis find.
These guys don't drop too many spores though. Having a tough time getting prints.
