Storing dung - poo without the pew! - please help bulk growers!

Alright so I've run into a shitty situation here. Hehe...but seriously.
I am planning a bulk grow using cow dung sometime in the future. Unfortunately, I only had access to field aged cow patties yesterday, and no more, so I gathered a big trashbag full.
So basically my predicament is I have no supplies, but a huge bag of shit that idk what to do with.
My main concern is insects growing, and bacteria and mold taking over inside the bag. Is there any storage techniques that any of you bulk growers use for storing your dung long term without significant deterioration or contamination? I was thinking about either pasteurizing it or PC sterilizing it, and storing it in jars until I need it, then pasteurizing it again. Which one would be better for long term storage? Or neither? Lol Idk what to do. this is some serious bull-

Not a pro here, but I would maybe dry it out on a tarp outside. Then trash bag it.

Leach it, and then lay it out and dry it.
When you are ready, pasteurize it, do not sterilize.

If they were field aged, they are likely already leached and dried.
If they are really actually aged and dried, then there will be no stink and no insects.

Well some of them were real crispy and white, while others were moist but not wet on the other side. So you recommend drying them out completely, and then storing them in a jars? I'm afraid that pasteurizing them will give a select few of bacteria an advantage, and over time in the jars they could take over. Is this an illogical fear?

So I understand that leeching and drying it out enough will be ok for two months of storage in a tote? Without pasteurization, until it's time to mix with colonized grain?
Thank you all for your patience and information.

Yes. Drying it ensures there isn't enough moisture for other fungi, bacteria or insects to really survive on. It will store that way for quite a while.

Ight. Thanks to all of you for the help. I know these questions may seem a bit trivial.
