Hey guys! first post so any feedback would be much appreciated
Saw a gnome and he was playing with these, he gave me this info and pictures to find out whet they were...
Habitat: growing in groups and solitary in over field capacity horse paddock, directly from dung. Found in just before spring.
Gills: Creamy/dark brown and almost spotted when young, turning dark brown/black when older, gills were attached to the stem.
Stem: 1-4 inches long, all under about 1/4 inch diameter with a white stem with a reddish stipe, stem was hollow, stringy and strong.
Cap: 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter, most were a creamy white with a rusty red/brown top, young produced both pins and caps too (weather it was just from the weather.
Spore print Colour: All were tested and were jet black, also they were great abundance.
Bruising: No apparent bruising, maybe bluing on the mycelial base.
Other information: mushroom was very fleshy and smelled beautiful

Spore print looks good but they more closely resemble Panaeolus papilionaceus to me. Better pictures would help.
-------------------- Favorite quote: I want to know if they are active and magic or not. And if they are not active, can i pick them before they are active and then they will become active or do they have to grow till they activate?

Here's some more specimens found in the same place, all have the same characteristics as the previous ones and have a black spore print, I'm currently waiting on a thicker print to be produced and will upload it.

P.papilionaceus if they have those frilly cap edges aka toothed edges.
Which yours seem to have.

Ahh nice, anybody experimented with the edibility of these mushrooms? They really do smell good haha, and also this gnome asked are P.papilionaceus a more wetter climate mushroom than P.cinctulus? as it still hasn't quite warmed up yet and he knows that they are more of a warmer climate mushroom, cheers.
