Storing a Used Spore Syringe?

When you order a spore syringe online it (as most know) comes with a stopper and you put the needle on. My question is what if you only used 2cc of the spore solution and want to save the rest is this possible? How?
Wouldn't it no longer be sterile? Would it be wise to store it with the needle or the stopper in place? Keep in mind though I have no more sterile needles.

Just put it in a drawer.
Did you flame the needle after you noced all your jars? If so I wouldn't worry too much about sterility.

I hope OP don't mind me tacking on a followup question here...
I used half of a spore syringe recently with the intent of flaming, capping, bagging and fridge-ing the remaining 5ml. On the first try I cooled the needle by dripping a single drop down through the needle before capping. The result was that the inside of the cap got visibly wet. I then tried just cooling the needle by air, which of course didnt work. In the end I just used the rest, as I have enough spores, but it left me wondering "how am I really supposed to do this?"...

This has happened to me a couple times and I experienced no problems. I've accidentally pushed the plunger when I stuffed it inside a zip bag. Another time I received a syringe with a cap almost full from the syringe. So I'd say wipe it, flame it, cap it. Next time you need the syringe, wipe it, flame it, use it.

Yeah you'll be fine as long as you stay sterile like normal. The vendor I use sends pre v assembled syringes, the cap is always wet.
