It seems you just want to rebuttal anything, given its right or wrong, Pris.

The girl, whether she is 12,13,14,15,16 or even 17 is still a child.

The fact that she was 14 and preyed on by a teacher. I have to agree with FapJack because that is a trust that was broken by this man. Does anyone even think about how the man knew exactly what he was doing?  How easy it can be for a older man to completely manipulate a young girl?

Whether she was troubled and already sleeping with older men, is practically irrelevant to the fact that she can STILL BE PREYED ON.

Her prior acts in life shouldn't just depict her as someone who can't be still be tricked, manipulated, deceived and tortured emotionally.

Is giving sexual consent being "PREYED ON"?

Well, you can't know that for sure. Plus I was talking about the beginning of the article that I posted and Pris addressed, in which the author says that's actually not at all what her (the author's) situation was. So clearly it's a little too hard for you to understand. Now imagine being an emotionally troubled 14 year old girl. If you can't handle it, why would they be able to?

I can't believe people have serious arguments against this. I'm pretty amazed. I've always pretty much said all I have to say about this. So before this turns into another debate that runs around in circles involving Pris and whatever cronies seem to agree with him, I'll see myself out.

so 18 is the magical age in which someone becomes an adult, what happens
biologically at 18 that makes one an adult, does the consumption of birthday
cake on the 18th birthday cause a flood of adult hormones, that could explain
why so many 25 yearolds still act like they're 10, they didnt get the cake

millions of years of biology and in the last 100 years man has decided to
legislate it out of existence, we see how well that's working

Life isn't the same struggle that is used to be, woman aren't dying after their first or second kid like before we had modern medicine.  Fuck all that though, this has more to do with someone that was supposed to be a teacher fucking a 14 year old.  Who the fuck thinks that is acceptable?  I think its understood that if you are a teacher teaching children that you don't shove your greasy dick into any of your pupils.

maybe people should have to wait until they're 30, or maybe that's too young too

As the father of an 11 yr old daughter who was molested by an authority figure, I am getting the fuck out of here before one of you diaper fuckers tell me she asked for it. Sure she was only 8, but she knew what she was doing, right?Murderous impulses flash through my brain at the thought.

Rocks speak to me, and tell me this:
The Hell Creek formation is a gigantic slab of rocks that covers several western states. It contains an account of the dinosaurs' demise.  In the late Cretaceous period, the first Cannabis species appear, and soon after, all the non-bird dinosaurs disappeared. Obviously, marihuana killed the dinosaurs. That giant meteor that smacked the yucatan peninsula right afterwards, coincidence.

so modern medicine is the reason we need age of consent laws, why not give
the kids a pill to curb the urges for sex that they have, turn them into
mindless zombies that are in school to learn.... wait. like half of them
are already on pills

does this include the over 18 students and their college professors, what about
those older, adult eduction students, like the ones already in their 40s, are
they also incapable of making rational decisions because they're students?

Pris, she was 14. Did you miss that? 14.  Oh that's right, 100 years ago... :blah:... 15 years probation.  How harsh. Would you feel this way if your 14 year daughter was repeatedly raped by a 50 year old teacher?

rape implies it was forcible

suddenly it's all kinds of wrong because they're XX age

why was the girl in the sack with a 50yo, why dont we want to look at the root of this problem

Pris, no matter how many valid points you bring to the table that doesn't change the fact it's not right for a 40 or 50 year old teacher to fuck a 14 year old student. Even if it wasn't "dark alleyway rape", it's fucked up for a grown man, a father himself with plenty of sexual experience to take some kid. Even though she knew what she was doing, the situation was fucked all over. Now, I'm not saying she directly offed herself because of the fact the teacher was doing her, but it must have contributed to it. Can't you fucking understand what a pedophile is? Any responsible man would have turned her down (assuming she came on to him, I honestly didn't read through it all), he CHOSE to do her even though it was wrong.

Yeah, but the girl knew what was going on. So again, I ask, instead of deflecting my own point, why don't you defend yours. Why was the girl sleeping with him if she wasn't okay with it?

-Pris#1

Man, it's pretty easy to be a blowhard, I never realized.

Hoooo shit I forgot we had a hide thread option. This would have saved me so many headaches.
